AUSTIN POWER TO WOMEN POWER:A GREAT TRANSITION

I believe today we are in the era where women are very much self dependent and there are very few ladies who stay at home like a perfect house wives of the yester years. However, even if they are staying it’s by choice rather than any compulsion. I can see a complete makeover for women from the sacrificial image of MATA SITA to the self-dependent elegant ladies like SUSHMITA SEN, who is an ex-Miss Universe and a single actress mother of an adopted child. I think the momentum and the balance have shifted so perfectly well in the society that today women are standing tall, neck to neck with everyone else in the competition. Certainly, it gives me immense satisfaction. I know this revolution has not happened overnight or in few days but it took generations and a complete history to narrate how the ladies turned the tides and finally landed to be what they are today – a Self Confident & a Self Independent Soul.

I think time has transformed a lot and has already surpassed the haunting blues of past when a birth of a girl was considered to be a moment of morn. In fact, the girl is considered to be a LAKSHMI and she literally does because the ultra-mod parents of new India nourishes their girls no less than a future Miss India or beauty queen who will bring fame and mullah. The older time when the word Sacrifice and Women were synonymous to each other has taken a complete deep plunge into the past and today women have taken a brand new avatar of the Bold and the Beautiful. The shift is visible when I see the girls on the streets wearing the comfortable looking shorts and top rather than the choking salwar kurtees. It pleasures my eyes to the most when I see a lady with her untidy hair yet stylish walking in the middle of road oozing with confidence. Size zero is in and the women want to be slim.

I think woman has one thing so special which cannot be found anywhere in the world, which is called feminism. I reckon men surely cannot find anything which is so curvy, beautiful, glamorous and exotic on this planet. On the contrary, I see that women have caused a serious identity crisis for the men. It’s hard to digest but it is true. For instance whenever I go to mall for shopping, I see all the shops filled with women stuff. If at all by luck I go to a big branded store with variety in merchandise, it will at the most have jeans, shirts and t-shirts for me but for ladies, they have tops, t-shirts, skirts, shorts, sarees, suits, one-pieces, sleeve-less etc etc. Come on, we live in a same world. This makes me feel like a citizen with limited rights in my own country. Even worst is when I have to go for a party, my wardrobe will most of the times consist of the same old universal dress code of men, which is a shirt and a trouser and for ladies hmmm…I m too jealous of the vast options they have wooooof!!!

I really do see the ecosystem being changed where “What Men Wants” has changed to “What Women Wants”. In fact the all so amused male dominant society is digging the secrets of how women are managing the many roles together of a wife, a home maker, a daughter and a business tycoon.

I see the changing face and empowerment of women clearly visible. There are more TV shows about the women than men. Every girl wants to be a teen diva or a pit girl in a reality show and that doesn’t stop her from flaunting a bikini on air. I feel ladies are ruling the corporate sectors be it taking advantage of their beauty with brains or weakness of men but as they say it everything is fair in love and war. I think it’s the women power, women era, and yet I m sure all men love them and need them in their life. After all there is always a woman behind a successful man.

Malaria Awareness Campaign: An Effort Worth Being A Part

India has gone through an estimated of $550 million economic losses due to Malaria from 1990-93. India has spent nearly 30% of its health budget on Malaria control from 1977-2000 and as an important fact 80% of the Malaria control money is spent on insecticides. Yet in the latest survey, India has nearly 1 million cases detected per year and 1000 deaths a year. So, its very much clear that the mosquitoes are not letting us live and they are still sucking bloods and taking lives ruthlessly.
Undoubtebly, we are still on the losing side after almost a century long struggle against the Malaria. Though, to make it worst Malaria on the other hand has got a support from a new friend called Dengue. We all know what is Malaria. Each one of us know the wicked mosquito lady ANOPHELES but still we are falling prey to her romance called Malaria. It seems even after knowing all the things we are not doing the stuff to prevent the deadly disease. The prevention is very simple and short, which says "KEEP IT CLEAN" thats it. This is enough to beat the draconian ANOPHELES and making them extinct from our lives.
But still we have not been successful in preventing Malaria. The reasons can be any one of the two, either we listen and forget what it takes to prevent Malaria or we are still not aware of it. Whatever may be the reason, Chillibreeze Solutions has decided enough is enough and launched a campaigne to spread awarness about the Malaria for those who dont know what Malaria is and for those who have forgotten how we can prevent it. Its an effort again to realize us that Malaria is still pretty much there. Its an effort to realize us to kill Malaria once for all rather than Malaria taking lives every year.
In this unique campaigne of a kind, Chillibreeze Solutions has launched a very interesting concept to spread Malaria Awareness through a COMIC BOOK. Ideally, the company would like every kid in India to read this book and for that matter every individual across the country. With the same goal in mind, Chillibreeze is looking for people to volunteer all across the country so that those people can distribute the comic books in the local schools for free and launch the campaign in a massive way. The aim is simple to remove Malaria from India forever.
Initially, the comic book launched is in English only but Chillibreeze is also looking to launch it in regional languages soon, for that also the company are looking for volunteers across the country who can translate the comic book to regional languages. As a volunteer you are free to give any ideas or suggestion to make the campaign a massive success and attaining its ultimate goal of eradication of Malaria.
Here is the link to the comic book if you want to see it :- http://www.chillibreeze.com/ebooks/malaria.asp and here is the facebook community link where you can join and discuss your ideas with the fellow volunteers- http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/pages/Malaria-comic-book-by-Chillibreeze/213504760356?ref=ts .
For the love of our people, for the love of our community and more for the love of our country, lets be a part to this campaign and remove Malaria out of our lives. Lets do our bit to make our nation a beautiful place minus the mosquitoes. I m already a part of it and You too join me.
Spread the love, spread the word !!

Twin Airlines & Their Foul Plays

After a successful strategic acquisition of Air Deccan by Mr.Vijay Mallaya owned Kingfisher Airlines, Kingfisher has entered head to head with Mr.Naresh Goel owned Jet Airways and Jetlite. Both sharing a common relationship by owning twin airline’s each in both luxury class and other in the low cost carrier category. Overall, seeing from the market prospective both companies now have a better chance of sustaining with the immensely competitive Indian Air-market.
From the passenger’s point of view, it was expected that the mergers of such a kind will better the life of economy class passengers traveling in the low cost carriers in terms of inside flight services and by offering priorities while landing at the airport during the congestion hours to these low cost carriers by being associated with big industry players. Nevertheless, the services have improved to some extent and in a way directly benefited to both the airlines and the passengers.
Yet with these minor small changes visible in the inside flight facilities there is a bigger uncertainty which has paved its way at the cost of huge loss to passengers. It’s been observed that the twin airlines are playing rumble-jumble among its low cost airlines and the luxury airlines by clubbing the customers of both together in one of the flight rather than setting two half capacity filled trips across various sectors. It’s certainly is a very good strategic move in terms of avoiding the huge losses by the airlines but on the other hand its costing customers their precious time.
The way these airlines are handling this clubbing-passenger strategy is surely a foul play and customers are being cheated. They will keep telling the passengers that because of technical fault or snag they cannot fly now and get the flight delayed until they get to know the exact status of their other flight, once they are sure that both the flights can be clubbed into one than they declare a final timing of take off. But this uncertainty causes huge delays to the passengers and cost a lot of waste of times in spite of paying for the luxury class airfares.
Seeing from a business angle the move certainly holds good for airlines but it should not be implemented in the way which gives them the bad mouth because in the long run its going to cost them serious business to other low cost carriers like Indigo and Spicejet.
Probably, to handle a situation like this there has to be a new protocol being introduced. Each airline should rather come up with an idea to project the passengers with the forecast of probability of the flight to take off by projecting the statistics of seats being booked and how much percentage of seats required to be occupied to make a trip. I think by this idea at least airlines will make themselves clear about their strategy about flight trips and most importantly, it wont make customers to feel cheated at any moment of time.
Airlines sector is a huge market it requires alot of new ideas and there can be numerous innovative ideas needed to be tried and tested. Hopefully, we see some serious thinking done from Airlines on this and come up with blossoming ideas helping grow their business in a customer focused manner. In the end business revolves around clients and Customer is the King !!

The Darker Side of Indian's In The Aussie Racial Attack

The whole world is witnessing the racial abuse drama of Aussies taking on Indians students still there have been constant denial from the Australian government regarding its countrymen being involved in the racial abuse. The situation has gone so much out of the hands of Australian government that all their attempts to cope up with such cases are going all waste.

While the media is trying to showcase the exact picture of what is happening and what is not in Australia, there has been alot of fuzz about the incident on the internet. With internet providing the space for non-restricted expressions and emotions, there have been some really interesting informations being circulated around the world and out of which one of the most highlighted sqaushbuckling story is about -- "Why Australians hate Indian??".

One interesting post said- Indian students take advantage of their independence from their parents in Australia and drink alot, as a result of excessive drinking alot of crimes are performed. One other post said- Indians urinate in open spaces and spit anywhere they want. They say- Indians will always talk in the Hindi or some native language even within the class and workplace inspite of other non-indian people being present. One other post said- Indian students will stay in excess within an apartment and as a result they live in a dirty environment. Moreover, Indians will play music in loud volumes in the middle of the night and make huge amount of noise.Another post said- Indians by themselves are suppose to be the most racial people which can be easily justified if somebody visit's India.

Even after reading all the reasons above i dont feel that Aussies should take such a severe step of killing and hurting Indian students in their own country. Yet a human heart should not be provoked to an extent that they start a masaccare of such a mass abuse. Aussies have to be more responsible to mankind and should sustain everything.

Yet whatever have been written in the above posts have intensified the pain in my heart because there was not a single point which i could say is false about us.The reasons which have been shared are somehow hurting me as i see my fellow countrymen doing the same.Aren't we the most racial country in the world? Aren't we fighting among us, be it hindu-muslim or marathi-bihari? Aren't we spoiling our country and making it dirty everyday by urinating in open spaces? Aren't we playing music at loud volumes in the middle of night without caring of anybody else??Aren't we forming groups at our work places and talking in our native languages so that others dont understand??

My eyes goes into tears as i hear the answer from my heart to all these questions as - "YES WE DO IT !!". I know Aussies are wrong in what way they are trying to come over their frustrations but i m even more frustrated to know that we are actually doing all the things what i mentioned above.

I request everybody in India, to raise their standards.Lets start by making a change in thy self. Lets make our country the best place in the world where every Indian is gaining respect by doing something really good for the country rather than because of the money or position. Lets make our India the most beautiful country in the world and the heaven of the planet......

KARMA is taking a step forward…..

All across the globe be it US, be it UK, be it India or be it Australia, there is one thing which is common all around called PEOPLE. But among these people there is a set of extraordinary people whom we call as the SUCCESSFUL ones.

It is a well acclaimed fact that this lot of people whom we call as Successful are the people who are famous, remembered, unique or among the richest of all in the world. This is quite an unsurprising fact that every human being on this earth wants to be part of this elite group of people. In process to achieve it, everybody is doing their bit of things called KARMA. But yet, only a few of them are able to nominate themselves for being the part of this extraordinary league of people and yet very few among them are the winners to enter in the most wanted elite group. Why everybody whosoever is doing KARMA is not successful?

Why is the service class men working everyday is not successful? Why is the farmer yielding the land everyday is not rich? Why a teacher teaching in school is not among the famous people? Well, everybody is doing their KARMA, why they aren’t the successful ones or the richer ones or among the famous people in this world? What is the thing which is stopping them?

Yes, all of us know one thing from our holy books which says “KARM KIYA JA, PHAL KI CHINTA MAT KAR” means as a human being we should keep on doing our karma without thinking of its results. But do we really know the exact meaning of it. Does that mean a labor who is working day and night for his earning, should keep on doing it? Will that make him rich any day? Well the answer to this simple question is only “NO”, this will never going to happen.

We are mistaken in understanding the real meaning of KARMA. KARMA certainly does not mean just doing it but the real meaning is to do it a bit more than what we are currently doing. KARMA is to take a step forward in our lives and to do a thing which will make us a better person what we are today. KARMA is to understand our weaknesses and to work towards improving it for the betterment. KARMA is working out things to make our dreams come true!!!

Once we know the correct KARMA which we need to perform, we need not worry about the results and it only becomes a matter of time when our KARMA pays off. Now this is a situation when the holy lines saying “KARM KIYA JA, PHAL KI CHINTA MAT KAR” should be remembered with the feeling of honesty and grief. Let our KARMA move our life forward in the correct direction of our goal of life.
