INDIA: CRICKET WORLD CUP 2011 CHAMPIONS
Saturday began as a day of hope in Mumbai (India), when Indian Cricket team took the guard for one last time in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 against the strong Sri Lankan team. A billion hearts were beating and the boys in blue have made India proud !!
Yes, INDIA has won the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 after 28 years, not before Sri Lankan team gave a strong fight in the final match of the tournament. In the end, it was team India, which proved its mettle. Personally, I'm glad to witness this so very special moment because the last time India won the world cup I wasn't even born. I'm delighted and relieved, and so is every Indian on this planet. To witness an event such as this is simply ecstatic.
