PICTURES CLEAR MY HEAD

Hello there, howdy? The last week was a hectic one at the work, but in the end I'm happy that it ended on a good note. I feel its really important for all us to clear our heads for a better and more productive life both professionally and personally. Today, I want to share one of the thing that I do in my spare time to clear my head. You might find my thing a rare one, but I guess it works for me :) :)

Ok so here is the thing- I explore good pictures from across the world over the internet. Somehow, I really like exploring new places across the globe, seeing different cultures, and watching different people. It makes me feel really good when I see all those pictures. These pictures change my mood and peak my spirits. Hence, pictures clear my head !!

INTELLIVOCAB(Previously POWERVOCAB) NEW VERSION RELEASED

Hello people, I just got an update from the developers of the best vocabulary building Iphone application that the latest version of the IntelliVocab (previously PowerVocab Version: 1.4.1) is live. The makers of the IntelliVocab (previously PowerVocab), Faqden, claims to have overcome the crash issue that was reported by few users while updating the application from the Apple iTunes store.



The CEO of Faqden, Irfan Mohammed, in a direct interview from Cambridge, Massachusetts said-"With our recent release we have improved the analytics and made the app more smart to help aid you better in your preparation. Also, we now have a visual representation of your progress, which you can access via the Progress Report tab on the app. There were some intermittent but rare crash issues in version 1.4 which we have addressed with the new release. Be sure to update to version 1.4.1 and if you havent tried it yet, try it now".

So, all those of you who really want to experience this amazing vocabulary building iPhone application download it straight from the Apple itune Store, Cheers!!

PS. Due to Trademark issues "PowerVocab" has been renamed to "IntelliVocab" 

Pi Day 3-14

Hello people, wassup?
Yesterday was a very interesting day from a mathematical point of view because the date was 14th March i.e. 3-14, which is the decimal value of the mathematical constant Pi ( remember 22/7 = 3.14 ) ;)...
In 2009, the United States House of Representatives supported the designation of Pi Day. In fact, the Pi Approximation Day is held on 22 July (22/7 data format), since 22/7 is common approximation of Pi.

The late Russian composer Stravinsky had said, "Music is close to mathematics—not perhaps exactly to mathematics itself, but certainly to something like mathematical thinking and relationship." So, the musicians have taken his idea seriously and tried to create the sound of Pi. Yes, no kidding, there is musical depiction of Pi :)
